Parent–teacher meeting dates announced

We invite guardians of junior batches to the mid-term parent–teacher meeting. Teachers will share progress reports, practical marks, and suggestions for improvement.

Meetings are grouped by batch to keep waiting times reasonable. Please arrive ten minutes before your slot with the invitation sheet stamped at the office.

If you cannot attend, a written request may be submitted for a phone callback window on the following Saturday. Walk-ins without an appointment may face long delays.

Parking is limited; two-wheelers are encouraged. The institute is not responsible for valuables left in vehicles.
