Webcodian LLP provides customized digital services such as Website Development, Software Development, Mobile Application Development, Digital Marketing, Hosting Support, and IT Solutions. Since these services involve time, planning, resources, and development work, payments made are generally non-refundable.

2. Advance Payments

• All advance payments made for project initiation are non-refundable.
• Advance payments are used for resource allocation, planning, designing, development, and operational expenses.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment made accidentally
• Payment charged incorrectly due to technical error
• Service not started within the agreed timeline due to reasons solely caused by Webcodian LLP

Any approved refund will be processed after proper review and management approval.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Completed or partially completed projects
• Change of mind after project confirmation
• Delays caused by client-side issues
• Digital products, source codes, templates, or downloadable items
• Domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, third-party licenses, APIs, or plugin purchases
• Customized development work
• Digital marketing or promotional service charges already utilized

5. Project Cancellation

By Client

• Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice.
• Payments made for completed stages or active work will not be refunded.
• Additional dues, if any, must still be cleared.

By Webcodian LLP

Webcodian LLP reserves the right to cancel or terminate services in cases of:

• Non-payment
• Misuse or abusive behavior
• Violation of agreed terms
• Illegal or unethical activities

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds may take 7–15 business days to process.
• The refund will be transferred through the original payment method wherever possible.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Webcodian LLP before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to:

• Immediate suspension of services
• Legal action where applicable
• Permanent service restriction

8. Modification & Additional Work

Any extra work, feature addition, or modification requested outside the agreed project scope may require additional payment and is non-refundable once work has started.

9. Limitation of Liability

Webcodian LLP shall not be liable for:

• Business loss
• Revenue loss
• Data loss
• Third-party service interruptions
• Delays caused by external providers

10. Changes to Refund Policy

Webcodian LLP reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
