3. Payments & Billing

• Clients must pay the agreed advance amount before project work begins.
• Remaining payments must be completed according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Delays in payment may result in temporary suspension of services or delayed project delivery.
• All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Additional features or modifications beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Project Delivery

• Project timelines depend on client cooperation, content submission, approvals, and communication.
• Delays caused by incomplete information or late responses from the client are not the responsibility of Webcodian LLP.
• Final delivery will be provided after completion of pending dues.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information and required materials on time.
• Maintain proper communication during the project.
• Review and approve work within a reasonable time.
• Ensure that provided content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or legal regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

• All custom-developed work remains the property of the client only after full payment is completed.
• Webcodian LLP reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless restricted through written agreement.
• Third-party plugins, themes, APIs, or software remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Hosting & Domain

• Domain and hosting charges are separate unless specifically included in the proposal.
• Clients are responsible for renewing domains and hosting services on time.
• Webcodian LLP is not responsible for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers or domain registrars.

8. Support & Maintenance

• Free support duration, if applicable, will be mentioned in the proposal or agreement.
• Additional maintenance, updates, or modifications after the support period may be chargeable.
• Webcodian LLP is not responsible for issues caused by third-party modifications or unauthorized access.

9. Limitation of Liability

Webcodian LLP shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss
• Business interruption
• Data loss due to server issues or cyberattacks
• Third-party service failures
• Delays caused by external factors beyond our control

Clients are advised to maintain regular backups of their data and website content.

10. Cancellation & Termination

• Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
• Payments made for completed work or active development stages are non-refundable.
• Webcodian LLP reserves the right to terminate services in cases of abuse, non-payment, or violation of terms.

11. Privacy Policy

Client information and project details are handled with confidentiality. However, Webcodian LLP may use client names or completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

12. Changes to Terms

Webcodian LLP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
